Terms of Use
This website and the services described herein (the “Services”) are operated by Athereum Investment Consultant L.L.C-FZ (“Athereum”), a company incorporated and licensed under the laws of Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
AssetRails is a product and trade name of Athereum. All references to “AssetRails”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Athereum.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Athereum provides:
- Non-discretionary advisory services
- Introduction to third-party counterparties
- Administrative coordination and facilitation
Athereum does not execute transactions, act as a broker or dealer, or provide custody or asset management services.
2. FACILITATION OF TRANSACTIONS
In limited circumstances and strictly upon the Client’s explicit instruction, Athereum may assist in the administrative coordination of transactions involving third-party counterparties.
Such assistance may include facilitating settlement arrangements, which may involve the use of designated accounts solely for the purpose of completing a Client-directed transaction.
Any such involvement by Athereum is:
- Incidental in nature
- Non-discretionary
- Limited to administrative coordination
Athereum does not:
- Act as a payment service provider
- Provide custody or safeguarding of funds
- Exercise control over the use, destination, or allocation of funds
3. REGULATORY STATUS
Athereum operates under a commercial license issued by Meydan Free Zone.
Athereum does not conduct regulated financial services unless separately authorized.
4. NO RELIANCE
All information is provided on a non-reliance basis.
Clients act independently and assume full responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
5. THIRD-PARTY ENGAGEMENT
Clients may transact with third-party counterparties introduced or facilitated by Athereum.
Athereum does not control such counterparties and assumes no responsibility for their actions, execution, or performance.
6. DISCLAIMER
All Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athereum shall not be liable for:
- Loss of capital or profit
- Market-related losses
- Counterparty default
- Operational or execution issues
8. TERMINATION
Athereum may restrict or terminate access to Services at its discretion.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Jurisdiction: Dubai Courts.
