Athereum provides advisory, introduction, and administrative facilitation services only.

Nothing herein constitutes investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation.
4. NO GUARANTEE
No representation is made as to performance, outcome, or return.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
All decisions are made solely by the Client.
6. FACILITATION AND SETTLEMENT
In limited circumstances and strictly upon Client instruction, Athereum may assist in the administrative coordination of transactions involving third-party counterparties.
Such assistance may include facilitating settlement arrangements through designated accounts solely for completing a Client-directed transaction.
Any such involvement is incidental, non-discretionary, and limited to coordination.
Athereum does not:
- Act as a payment service provider
- Hold or safeguard client funds
- Exercise control over funds
All transactions remain between the Client and the relevant third-party counterparty.
7. THIRD-PARTY RISK
Athereum assumes no responsibility for execution, settlement, or counterparty performance.
8. NO CUSTODY
Athereum does not hold or control client assets.
9. MARKET RISK
Markets are volatile. Losses may be partial or total.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Athereum shall not be liable for losses arising from:
- Market conditions
- Third-party actions
- Operational or technical failures
